Soldering robot is applied to electronics manufacturing, mainly aim at the technological process that the flow soldering wave soldering and other production equipment difficult to be achieved, especially suitable for mixed circuit boards, heat sensitive components, sensitive parts soldering posterior aircraft of SMT.
